This is a whistle generated hockey drill.
2 players from each line go on each whistle. Always use the neutral zone face off dots as a guide. In this diagram, the players are always turning right (right turns around the face off dots).
Player 1 (blue), skates up through the neutral zone and does a tight (right) turn around the face off dot then heads back toward the line he/she came from.
Player 2 (green), skates across the blue line and does a tight (right) turn around the far side face off dot, then heads back toward to the same line he/she came from.
Player 3 passes (pass 1) a puck to player 2 (green) who immediately bump passes (pass 2) the puck to player 1 (blue), who takes the pass, goes in and shoots (shot 1), checks for a rebound and then sets up a screen or ready to tip/deflect the 2nd shot.
After passing the puck to player 1….player 2 (green), skates around the center ice face off circle (going left) and receives a pass (pass 3) from player 3, (in the line) and goes in and shoots (shot 2) through the screen set up by player 1 (blue).
